Our Story

Brother Meat isn’t just a business — it’s a continuation of the Goertz family legacy.

What started as a few cattle, a patch of pasture, and a whole lot of heart has grown into something bigger: a commitment to raising meat with purpose, care, and integrity.

From mucking stalls to slicing steaks, everything we do is rooted in family, in craftsmanship, and in respect for the animals and land that sustain us.

OUR ROOTS

We built this from the ground up — quite literally.

Our family began with Three Brother Ranch, raising cattle the old-fashioned way — slowly, responsibly, and with hands in the dirt. Later, we founded Three Brother Academy, a small private school on the farm where kids learn through land, food, and hard work.

Brother Meat is the natural next chapter — a way to share our values through something tangible, delicious, and deeply personal.

From mucking stalls to slicing steaks, everything we do is rooted in family, in craftsmanship, and in respect for the animals and land that sustain us.

WHY WE DO IT

In a world of factory farms and mystery meat, we choose something different.

We raise animals with dignity. We butcher with skill. We sell only what we’d serve our own family.

Every cut is handled with respect — from pasture to plate — and backed by a promise:

” If it’s not good enough for our table, it doesn’t go on yours. “
